In order to produce a high quality bearing, you first need to adjust the machine. The adjustment of the machine tool directly affects the accuracy of the bearing. The machine tool is not well adjusted, not only the quality of the bearing cannot be controlled, but also the quality accident is easy to occur.


Grinding machines are generally divided into the following categories: surface grinding, external centerless clamps, inner ring centerless clamps, horizontal grinding, vertical grinding. Regardless of the type of machine tool, in the adjustment process, support parallel differences and internal and external differences must be guaranteed. Parallel differences and internal and external differences directly affect the accuracy of the bearing.




In the process of adjusting the inner ring centerless clamp, it is necessary to pay attention to the adjustment angle of the support. The rear bracket should be slightly below the center height of the disc, between 0° and 15°. The angle between the two brackets is between 120° and 150°, and the eccentricity is 0.20~0.35mm. In the adjustment of the outer uncentered fixture, the front support should be lower than the center height of the disc by 15° and 32°, the angle between the two supports is between 90° and 116°, and the eccentricity is between 0.25 and 0.45mm. For thin-walled products, the angle between the two brackets can be slightly adjusted, but it must be ≥90°, and the eccentricity can be adjusted smaller.




The relationship between the two support angles, eccentricity and the accuracy of the bearing: too large angles and excessive eccentricity can lead to excessive rotational resistance of the workpiece, resulting in: 1. support wear is accelerated; 2. resistance is high, the bearing is easy to stop and Cutting damage; 3. parts are easy to deform, processing accuracy is not good; 4. bearing are easy to vibration due to excessive resistance during rotation, resulting in a series of problems and poor quality of product quality.
