The Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing consists of eight parts which form a group and marked with the same producing code and the corresponding number of its assembly sequence.

If the assembly sequence of these parts is wrong, the clearance on the two row raceway of the bearing will become excessively small which cause overheat abrasion. The excessively large clearance of the other two rows will shorten the raceway’s fatigue lifespan because the load area decreases. So it is need to pay sufficient attention when installed.

The outer ring of the Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing does not revolve so the position of the load area is fixed after installation. The load area number of the Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing is printed on the quartering positions on the section of the outer ring along the circle. When the bearing is resolved, cleaned and assembled or when the bearing is maintained, the load position of the outer ring will change 90 degrees to extend the lifespan of the bearing.
